What we need from you:

1. Pick your your layout, backing and surface finishes

2. Choose an epitaph saying ("In Memory..." "Our Mother")**

3. What font for epitaph? (Most Microsoft fonts are acceptable)

4. High Resolution photograph (or scan) of handwriting or

    signature. Do you have a card, letter or any paperwork

    a loved one has signed? (At least 150DPI or 500MB)

5. Review your cemetery Regulations & Policies
